Ann Arbor is an upcoming narrative feature film that explores the nuances of the Asian American experience, second chances, the weight of parental expectations and the burden of caretaking. The film asks whether some connections, like certain places, hold a timeless resonance, and if it's ever too late to rewrite our own stories.

Hi, I’m Trevor!I’m a fan of people in general and the stories contained in all of us. I’m also a writer and director.I serendipitously got into all of this when I went to a commercial casting call as a joke with some friends. I ended up getting cast as one of their “real” people and said a single word - “trains.” I nailed it.Being on set sparked something in me. So I pursued acting. That went reasonably well - found an agent, a manager and was cast in a handful of roles in TV shows and a few films. After a few years, I realized I had my own stories to tell, so I gave writing and directing a shot. That was 15 years ago.Since then, I’ve made several short films and won a handful of awards. I’m currently focusing on my first feature film, Ann Arbor, a bittersweet love letter to my hometown.
